OSCAR is an amazing self-propelled pallet wrapping machine!

This special pallet wrapping robot enables users to wrap loads very easily and anywhere you wish.

Versatile, user-friendly, and lightweight at 255kg, OSCAR is the pallet wrapping solution to help save your company time and money, as well as reducing packaging wastage. 

This palletwrapper wraps up to heights of 2600mm - simply press 'start' and OSCAR will efficiently wrap your pallet loads and stop at the end of its cycle. 

The OSCAR Pallet Wrapping Robot has many fantastic features, including:

• Machine dimensions: W:690 x L:1060 x H:2100mm
• Minimum pallet wrap dimensions: 600 x 600mm
• Pallet height detected by photocell
• Autonomy per charge: 320 pallets (measuring 800 x 1200 x 1500) with mechanical brake
• Full charge cycle time of 8 hours
• Footprint of 1000mm from pallet during wrapping
• Motion signal lamp and sound signal at the beginning and end of each cycle
• Moving speed adjustment of up to 1.5m/sec, with gradual start/stop
• Adjustable wrapping cycles including: simple rise only cycles and double rise and descent cycles
• The stretch film is automatically cut at the end of the wrapping cycle

Three variations of OSCAR are available with the following features:

• OSCAR with film carrier and mechanical brake for film tensioning
• OSCAR with electromagnetic brake for film tensioning
• OSCAR with motorised pre-stretch from 150% - 250%
